I am a former judge with 15 years on the bench. Having witnessed how people get confused on what's really important, I can navigate through the system on your behalf and make sure valid arguments are not lost. I am a Certified Trial Specialist with the National Judges College, and a Rule 31 Listed Mediator in Civil and Family Law, approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court in 1994. Among my accomplishments is the development of the Domestic Violence Resolution Program, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program, Financial Responsibility Program and Traffic Safety Program in the city of Smyrna.
